At Secretlab, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup; if not, you can return your items within 49 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team through the official Secretlab help center to initiate your return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Disassemble your product carefully and place it back into its original packaging. Affix the shipping label and drop it off at the designated courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once your return arrives at our regional warehouse, we will inspect the items for quality assurance and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 days.
